All TransPecos Banks accounts are subject to the applicable Demand Deposit Account Agreement (normal agreement with the bank).Real-Time Payments are performed by TransPecos Banks, which holds funds on behalf of participants of such transactions in one or more pooled custodial accounts. These funds are not subject to FDIC pass-through deposit insurance.
